Plain version: if we do not deliver your server, you get your money back. If you receive a working server that matches your order, the cycle is not refundable. Nothing below changes that.

1The short version

If we do not deliver your server, you get your money back. If you receive a working server that matches what you ordered, the cycle is not refundable. That is the whole policy; the rest of this page is the detail.

2Full refund — server not delivered

If your server is not delivered within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed and verified by us, you are entitled to a full refund of that cycle, on request. This is measured from the moment we confirm your payment, not from the moment you send it — payment verification is a manual step and the clock only starts once it is done.

In practice almost every order is delivered in under 10 minutes during working hours. The 24-hour window is the outer limit, not the expectation.

3Full refund — provisioning fault on our side

If we attempt to deliver your server but it cannot be provisioned correctly because of a fault on our side — a failed image, a broken volume, a network or platform problem we control — you may choose either a fix or a full refund of that cycle. If you take the refund, we will not provision the server.

4No refund — server delivered and working

Once a server has been delivered and is working as ordered, the 28 days cycle has started and is not refundable. This includes a server you no longer need, one you ordered with the wrong specifications through your own mistake, or one affected by software you installed on it. We are happy to help you fix such an issue, but it is not grounds for a refund.

Because there is no auto-renewal, you are never charged for a cycle you did not deliberately order. If you do not want to continue, simply do not place a renewal order.

5No refund — policy breach or misuse

If a server is suspended or terminated for breaching our acceptable use policy — including spam, illegal content, DDoS, or crypto mining at scale — it is terminated without refund. There is no partial return for the unused part of a cycle in these cases.

6How to request a refund

Contact us with your order ID and the server IP or hostname. Reach us on Telegram at @ll_dark_poison_ll or by email at venom@tomatofist.com. We will confirm whether the request qualifies and process it promptly.

7How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the same method you paid with, wherever that is possible. Once approved, a refund is usually issued within a few working days; the time it takes to appear in your account after that depends on your bank or payment app, which we do not control. Refunds are made in Indian Rupees for the amount you paid; we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences on international transfers.

8Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first and give us a chance to put it right — it is faster than a dispute. Filing a chargeback for a server that was delivered and used as ordered is a breach of these terms and may result in the server being suspended.
