This policy defines what you may run on a TF Hosting server. It is short on purpose: there is no version of this that needs a lawyer to interpret.
1The short version
Use the servers for lawful work. Do not use them to attack anyone, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to distribute harmful material. This is not a grey area and we do not negotiate it.
2Absolutely prohibited
Malicious code of any kind; intrusion into systems you are not authorised to test; credential stuffing, brute-forcing or harvesting credentials; phishing, spamming, or any form of unsolicited bulk messaging; hosting or distributing malware, ransomware or exploit tooling; copyright infringement; distribution of child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors; trafficking or facilitating the sale of controlled goods; and any activity that is unlawful in India.
3Network abuse
Outbound DDoS, port scanning or flooding directed at third parties, open proxies or relays, crypto mining at scale, and sustained traffic generation that degrades shared resources are all prohibited.
4Proxying and anonymisation services
Generic open proxies, VPN resale to end users at scale, and services whose main purpose is evading another party’s controls are not permitted. Work that exists to circumvent access controls is not something we will host.
5Resource limits
Sustained CPU or bandwidth use that impairs other customers may lead to throttling or suspension. Disk use approaching capacity will be flagged so you can act before it affects the server.
6Reporting abuse
If you believe something hosted here is infringing your rights, email venom@tomatofist.com with the server address or order ID and enough detail for us to locate the content. We will act promptly on valid requests.
7Enforcement
Clear, urgent breaches result in immediate suspension and termination without refund. Where a breach is not urgent we will attempt to contact you first. We keep a record of enforced accounts, and repeat offenders are refused permanently.
