Can you migrate my existing server?
Yes. We run the transfer and the cutover so there is no downtime. Include your current provider and setup details when you message us.
Do you offer refunds?
If a server fails to provision correctly, tell us and we will fix it or refund the cycle. Once the server is working and handed over, cycles already started are not refundable.
Is there a discount for longer terms?
Multi-cycle pricing depends on current capacity. Ask us — we will quote it before you commit to anything.
